Good Day!

I am Tamas Csicsely. 

I have been working in the maritime and real estate sectors for fifteen years. Boating has been a lifelong passion of mine; it began on a family motorboat as a child and continued with sailing and professional maritime work as I moved closer to Lake Balaton. Over the years, I have managed countless vessel transfers and registrations. I maintain a long-standing, positive relationship with the authorities, ensuring that my clients' cases proceed smoothly. I handle sailing, motor, and electric boats nationwide. As a new service, I also offer full administration for Polish boat registrations.

I hold a degree in Maritime Operations Management. I am a regular contributor to Vitorlázás Magazin (Sailing Magazine) and various online platforms, where I publish articles on maritime legal topics. In my free time, I love being near the water. I am also a photographer, but that is another story.

In the real estate sector, I primarily handle sales and related property matters, ranging from simple transactions to highly complex cases. After university, I worked for major real estate developers, law firms, and international corporate groups, gaining the experience necessary to establish my own practice.

I provide my services in both Hungarian and English. Beyond thorough professional work, I believe in a direct, personal, and client-focused approach, avoiding unnecessary formalities wherever possible. My office in Budapest is a modern, youthful, and vibrant workspace. Additionally, I work at Lake Balaton and the Danube Bend, and I am available for consultations across the country and abroad.
